Spare parts for dryers

FLAI distributes all the technical components for dryers, boasting a unique ready-to-deliver availability thanks to consolidated relationships with the manufacturing factories all over the world and given the vastness of products, below we put a selection of articles in able to briefly summarize those with the greatest use.
  1. Double-acting pneumatic cylinders, magnetic, to opening and closing the doors of the dryers;
  2. Digital instrument for drying temperature control, with double set point, temperature data input, PT100 probe;
  3. Digital relay drying temperature controller, temperature data input, PT100 probe;
  4. Inlet valve for steam, AISI 316 stainless steel full-body, with pneumatic servo-control, available in 63mm-82mm and 118mm diameter. It allows to close the passage of steam inside the heat exchanger when the dryer is not operating, thus obtaining a considerable energy saving;
  5. PN63 steam hoses made of AISI 316 stainless steel with male / female threaded connections, female / female or PN16 flanged, covered with external sock, always made of stainless steel with 7 filaments;
  6. Inverted bucket steam trap, available with threaded and flanged connections, equipped with extractable filter and air eliminator;
  7. Thermostatic steam trap, with thermostatic capsule, available with threaded and flanged connections, equipped with extractable filter;
  8. Analogue timer for setting the drying time.
FLAI supply the heat exchangers, made to measure according to the specific needs of each customer, with the possibility of enhancing the capacity of heat exchange even in the design phase, increasing the number of pipes and ranks. The frame is made of sturdy hot-dip galvanized steel, aluminum finning ensures maximum heat exchange efficiency and the quality of the pipes guarantees long battery life.
