Our re-evaporation system is the most efficient for the recovery of flash steam, in the form of low pressure steam, to feed CBW washing heating system, or heat exchangers to produce hot water.

If a condensation temperature drop occurs, an automatic steam thermoregulation system instantly restores the temperature, returning it to the optimal values.

The level of condensation water contained in the system is automatically regulated by a system of valves which, depending on the conditions, allow the introduction of reintegration water or the discharge of surplus water, while the pressure inside the system is controlled by a pressure switch and a pressure regulator which, in the event of an increase, will open a pneumatic valve. By installing our re-evaporation system, the steam-condensation cycle will become a closed loop circuit, and even if some steamtraps do not work properly, allowing steam to pass, it will be recovered in our storage system, together with the energy contained in it.

The emissions of steam fumes, which are usually evident near the plants that use the traditional atmospheric condensate collection tank, will be eliminated, with benefits on the environmental impact and improvement of the operating conditions inside the thermal power plant.

Ultimately with the installation of the tank – re-evaporator, based on the results obtained at companies that have already adjusted their systems with our energy recovery system, it is possible to save about 20% of fuel consumption.
